Manual Lymphatic Drainage
What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage?
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle massage technique designed to stimulate the movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. This treatment supports detoxification, purification, hydration, and overall balance, promoting the body’s natural equilibrium. Primarily focused on the front of the body, MLD is often deeply relaxing. Regular sessions can strengthen the immune system, boost energy levels, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall well-being.
