Stretching
I have lost count of how many times I have asked clients if they stretch, to be told, “argh, I hate it” or “I don’t have time” or they simply do not know how to do it.
Think about what you do in your daily life, you are constantly using your muscles, whether it be sitting at your desk working, or going out for a bike ride. The constant use of your muscles causes them to tighten up. The tighter they are the less flexibility you have; your movements are restricted and you become sore, which can also make you feel tired and heavy.
Stretching lengthens your muscles and improves the flexibility through your joints, which in turn improves your ability to perform.
